One Pan Chicken and Potatoes

I am posting this recipe because I needed to write it down and people sometimes ask me how to make it...

One Pan Chicken and Potatoes

1 - 2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken (cut up into 1"-ish chunks)

1 - 2 lbs of potatoes (cut up into 1"-ish chunks)

1/2 cup of Teriyaki Sauce

1/2-3/4 cup of cut up green onion (approx 1 bunch)

Brown chicken.
While browning chicken, put potatoes on a microwave safe plate and place a paper towel over them and microwave for approx 12 minutes.
Add potatoes to chicken. Stir together until most potatoes are brownish.
Add Teriyaki Sauce. Stir.
Add green onion. Stir.

Serve as desired. You can change up the recipe to taste. :) Also, large batches can be made in advance and put in freezer. Keeps pretty well. (FYI - Leftovers are awesome with shredded cheez on top)

True, but I am a creature of habit. I sometimes spill something and then look for the Undo option :)
