So, to update.

Townhouse that we had the contract on is NOT going to happen. A second floor window was left open during TS Fay and consequently, it has quite a bit of interior damage and we have lost confidence in D R Horton in fixing/communicating the issue.

We are currently looking for a Single Family house with a bit of land. We think we have found one. Still within our price range, and with a much better floor plan.

*sigh*

oh, and work is hideous due to shipping issues outside of our control.
