6th day

Today started out kind of slow, but got real real busy. We sold nearly every computer in the store and ran out of memory to the point where we had to remove all the memory from every display computer in the store...it was almost kind of funny. :) Monetarily wise it was a bang up banner day! I was very tired when i got home...i think i could install ram in my sleep now. :)

intriguing thought for the day: http://www.idlewords.com/2006/06/the_day_that_nothing_happened.htm read it all the way through, very very good points made.

on a friend note, i got two cards (snail mail) from one person (couple (hi robert and connie!)) on the same day, (and im not entirely sure how they got my address, i must've given it to them but i didnt think i had. oh well.) it was really nifty to know that they were thinking of me and missing me. i miss them too. :)

on another note entirely, mom says i have been sent my teaching certificate. huh. not sure what to think about that really, i mean iit was exhausting work finally completeing stude t teaching but it feels so much more anti-climactic than I feel it should be...however, since ive completely changed my life around in terms of what im doing as a career I guess i shouldnt be suprised...hmmmmm...think, think, think

congrats on the certificate, even if you aren't using it. credentials are always a good thing.

I read that entire schpeal on Wal Mart and China and that was so crazy. You're right, it did have a lot of interesting points, but I was see Wal Mart making a definite global impact and not for the better. Wally World and Disney are kinda similar like that too don't cha think? Or am I just weird / paranoid! I hope all is well. Also that's kinda cool about your teaching certificate, congrats! ttfn

Blessed be,
