Sadly, this is my life.
I love being brilliant, I love my intuitive leaps - but there are times I would trade it all to be able to focus consistently on what needs to be done without medication.
I hate the stigmatism (real and imaginary). I hate the always feeling like a failure.
Damnit.
I hate needing meds.

If you've never read a book called You Mean I'm Not Lazy, Stupid or Crazy?, I highly recommended. I picked it up on a whim and learned that (a) I'm not ADD but (b) I have enough ADD-ish tendencies that much of the stuff in there was useful and reassuring.
